Pursuant to the paragraph 11 of Article 11.c of the Railway Transport Act (ZZelP-UPB8) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 99/15 – official consolidated text and 30/18), the operator of the public railway infrastructure must publish the public service obligation contract on its website.

The contract is drawn up on the basis of Articles 11, 11.a and 11.b, and taking into account Article 11.c of the Railway Transport Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 99/15 – official consolidated text, hereinafter: ZZelP), and paragraph 3 of Article 2 of the Regulation on the method of performing the public service obligation of maintenance, operation and renewal of the public railway infrastructure (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 81/18).

Operational regulations for carriers are issued by SŽ-Infrastruktura and consist of: Instructions, Plans, Manuals, Notifications, Station Rules of Procedure, Procedure manuals and Orders.
