Contracts to carry out public service obligations (PSO)

Pursuant to Article 11(c)(11) of the Railway Transport Act (ZZelP-UPB8) (Official Gazette of the RS, No 99/15 – official consolidated text, 30/18 and 82/21), the infrastructure manager is required to publish on its website the relevant contract for the performance of public service obligations.
The contract is based on Articles 11, 11a, and 11b and applies Article 11c of the Railway Transport Act (Official Gazette of the RS, No 99/15 – official consolidated text, hereinafter: ZZeIP) and Article 2(3) of the Regulation on the manner of performing public service obligations in maintenance, operation and renewal of public rail infrastructure (Official Gazette of RS, No 81/18).

The contract is drawn up on the basis of Articles 11, 11.a and 11.b, and taking into account Article 11.c of the Railway Transport Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 99/15 – official consolidated text, hereinafter: ZZelP), and paragraph 3 of Article 2 of the Regulation on the method of performing the public service obligation of maintenance, operation and renewal of the public railway infrastructure (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 81/18).
