Supervisory Board
Pursuant to the Articles of Association of SŽ – Infrastruktura, družba za upravljanje in vzdrževanje železniške infrastrukture ter vodenje železniškega prometa, d. o. o. (a company for the management and maintenance of rail infrastructure and for rail traffic control), the Supervisory Board of SŽ – Infrastruktura, d. o. o. is composed of three members, with one appointed by the Works Council of SŽ – Infrastruktura, d. o. o. to represent the employees and the other serving as representatives of the Republic of Slovenia, which has ownership of the company. They each have a 4-year term of office.
The Supervisory Board of SŽ – Infrastruktura, d. o. o. comprises:
- Jernej Pavlič, the Chair of the Supervisory Board as of 17 November 2023,
- Tjaša Ribič Urh, the Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board as of 17 November 2023, and
- Dragan Malinović, member of the Supervisory Board as of 1 February 2024.
